10:00:13: Now awake (thank you @Starbucks for the caffeine) and time to head off to the national Archive of Scotland for some genealogy research.
16:21:58: 6hours of Geneology = knackering. Still got back to great times 6 grandparents.
20:52:42: I have no idea what to do this evening (Edinburgh central Youth Hostel has no decent common room).
23:49:55: Better turn in for the night, another long day in the Archives tomorrow, followed by a visit to "Lodge of Edinburgh (Mary's Chapel ) No:1"

09:15:48: Traveling from the Highlands to the Lowlands today, just for a rugger match. Well not just any rugger match, a Scotland rugger match :o)
09:51:27: 2h 30min before my train leave Pitlochry, and i have the next three nights in Edinburgh and 2 solid days spent in the national archive.
12:16:05: Joy, sadness, loneliness, anticipation, can all be found at railway stations.
21:47:24: Always a pleasure to have dinner with an old friend/brother. Got told off though for not visiting more often.

12:42:10: Busy morning, and an even busier afternoon as i'm out the office tomorrow (heading to the homeland to watch Scotland beat France at rugger).
13:42:14: strong smell of burnt toast in canteen today. (colleagues who eat baked beans on toast don't work in same office as i, luckly for me)
13:46:08: Glasgow is not in Scotland. It just happens to be surrounded by Scotland!!!
